Takže, čo je to vlastne ten “theZápisník” ….

Na úvod by som chcel upozorniť, že toto nie je žiadny firemný blog! Názov theZápisník má svoje opodstatnenie.

Ideou tohto formátu je, že som sa rozhodol zverejňovať moje marketingové poznámky, ktoré som si doteraz robil v Evernote aplikácii. Prišlo mi škoda si ich nechávať sám pre seba a myslím, že by pár ľuďom mohli pomôcť. Navyše rád testujem nové veci a toto je ideálna príležitosť.

Facebook Ads hacking & black hat SEO – Vysoká škola

K online marketingu som prvýkrát pričuchol počas vysokej školy – VUT v Brne (cca 7 rokov dozadu), kedy sme s pár kamošmi začali riešiť zahraničné FB stránky (cca pol milióna organických fans), prelievanie trafficu na blog a monetizáciu cez AdSense.

V tomto období som sa tiež oboznámil so SEO (viac black hat ako white hat), vyskúšal affiliate marketing a hackoval reklamu na FB. Na FB vtedy totiž fungovalo scrapovanie IDs ľudí a vytváranie custom publík z nich (niečo ako robila Cambridge Analytica pri kampani s Donaldom Trumpom, akurát v oveľa menšom rozsahu).

Online poker & marketing education – Freelancing

Počas vysokej školy a tesne po nej som sa aktívnejšie venoval online pokru a pomáhal mame rozbehnúť súkromnú škôlku v Banskej Bystrici (tvorba webu, local SEO, FB marketing).

Pretože poker mi nezarábal horibilné sumy, vo voľnom čase som študoval rôzne marketingové kurzy (primárne Google Analytics a Google AdWords) a pripravoval sa pomaly na kariéru marketingového špecialistu.

Po výške a mojej závratnej pokrovej kariére, ma prichýlil Peťo Csemez v jeho online reklamnej agentúre – paravan interactive, v ktorej som pobudol takmer 3 roky. Do paravanu som bol prijatý ako Web Analytics Specialist a zo začiatku som sa primárne hral s Google Analytics a kúsok s Google AdWords.

Keďže som mal bohaté skúsenosti s FB reklamou, okrem Analytiky som postupne pomáhal riešiť aj FB a LinkedIn pre našich klientov. Okrem toho sme s kolegom Martinom Šimom (mimochodom veľmi šikovným chlapcom) začali vo veľkej miere riešiť firemný content, písať články a teda budovať paravan blog. Dotiahli sme to až na tretie miesto v blogerovi roka v kategórii „firemný blog“. Súčasťou stratégie pre náš firemný content bol aj Instagram, ktorý som si zobral pod svoje krídla.

Okrem vyššie spomínaných činností som v paravane postupom času začal pripravovať komplexnejšie (multi-channel) marketingové stratégie ale hlavne robiť SEO. Najprv to bolo interné SEO pre našu agentúru, neskôr aj pre klientov – zo všetkých môžem spomenúť najmä Satur alebo Decodom.

Po rozlúčke s paravanom som dostal ponuku, ktorá sa neodmieta – nastúpil som do Exponea ako customer analytics consultant.

Exponea je firma, ktorá vás posunie neskutočným spôsobom dopredu po každej stránke. Vďaka pozícii konzultanta a práci s Exponea aplikáciou som si zvýšil skills a knowledge z oblasti customer lifecycle marketingu a marketingovej automatizácie, ktoré som dovtedy poznal len z článkov.

Na Exponea je obdivuhodné to, že ako zamestnanec nie si viazaný na jednu pozíciu. Ak si myslíš, že vieš firme dať väčšiu hodnotu v inej oblasti, máš možnosť. Ja som toho živým dôkazom. Momentálne som totiž na pozícii SEO špecialistu v marketingovom tíme. Preto väčšina mojich zápiskov bude hlavne zo SEO sféry.

Mimochodom, ak by si mal záujem to vyskúšať v tejto lukreatívnej firmičke, checkni zoznam voľných pozícií TU. Prípadne mi napíš na LinkedIn, ak máš nejaké otázky. Alebo si aspoň pozri video, ako sme išli s kolegami robiť a surfovať na Kanárske ostrovy.
